Google has announced that, effective July 31, 2024, call history and chat history reports will no longer be available in Google Business Profiles (formerly Google My Business). Starting July 15, users will not be able to initiate new chats via Google Maps or Google Search. However existing conversations will remain active until the July 31 update takes effect.
